Enter your Email Address (required) and your 17 Digit PayPal Transaction ID (optional for instant access)

So you've bought a book and need to download it?

Instant Access: enter your email address which must match the email address you used with PayPal and your PayPal Transaction ID (if your book was bought after Jan. 1, 2009).

Resetting your account: if you do not have your Transaction ID or this option did not work for you, just enter your email address you used with PayPal to buy the book and we will send you another email with a new password. Leave the transaction ID blank.
